Isn't it funny that so many things are never told in front of children because they might be disturbing?. And, secrets are kept from them... a lid on top of a boiling kettle, so they do not boil over with too much reality.And, yet the child's business is like an open yard with a small white fence and a swinging helpless gate through which grown-ups come in and go out. For there are no locks on a child's privacy.
I was seduced by secrets, which were to me like treasures locked inside the cupboards of my life. But after a long time of holding a secret it becomes heavy and you just gotta trust that your secret's been kept long enough – and release it.
